Brandy Springs Park is a 42 acre park located right outside of the Mercer Borough. Members of the community use the park for a wide range of outdoor recreation. There are walking and hiking paths, pavilions, a fenced in dog park, a street soccer court, pickle ball court, basketball courts, a playground, and many ball fields used by several community softball, t-ball, and baseball leagues. The mission is to provide a beautiful and safe area that all members of the community may enjoy and use for various youth and adult recreational programs.

FUNDRAISING GOAL: $50,000
Programs Supported by Your Donations
All members of the community benefit by having a safe place for kids to play, families to gather, and people of all ages to exercise and enjoy the outdoors. Any potential donations will go towards our many goals to improve the overall appearance and functionality of the park. The specific improvements that we are fundraising for include finishing the splash pad, refurbishing and adding new playground equipment, general landscaping and maintenance, and resealing a few surfaces including the community building parking lot and soccer court.
Needs that Cannot beMet without Your Help
The park as a whole is faced with increased costs of maintaining the park, especially influenced by the current gas prices to keep the lawn maintained. As the park is a private non-profit entity, there are little municipal funds available to keep the park going. The park largely relies on private donors. Some other challenges the park is facing include aging playground equipment that needs to be updated and expanded, and significant inflation which has impacted the grant to complete the splash pad.
