Cadence Care Network provides mental health services to children, families, and individuals located throughout Northern Ohio. We have office locations in Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, Stark, and Lucas Counties but serve many contiguous and adjacent counties via home-based services. Services are provided primarily to children residing in several settings, including their biological family home, adoptive home, family foster home, treatment foster home, and/or group home. Cadence Care also provides school-based services in 16 districts across Trumbull, Mahoning, and Ashtabula counties. Our Foster Care Programs provide placement in our own licensed treatment foster homes for children up to the age of 21.

Last Cadence Care also operates a Social Enterprise, the Cadence Coffeehouse & Creperie, in Downtown Niles. We renovated an empty building, owned by our organization, into the social enterprise business of a coffeehouse and creperie (www.cadencecoffeehouse.com) to provide resiliency programming and employ foster kids and vulnerable youth we serve. The Coffeehouse is located at 31 N. Main St. in downtown Niles across from the McKinley Memorial. As a new social enterprise, the ultimate goal is to sustain the business and certain programming through sales generated on a daily basis.
Needs that Cannot beMet without Your Help
The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged every organization with respect to fundraising. Cadence Care typically holds 2-3 fundraising events per year that, on average, raises approximately $50,000 annually. We have been unable to hold those over the past couple of years which has had a significant impact on the organization. Funds generated through these events help sustain programming that service contracts cannot provide for, especially with our at-risk youth population.
